Health is a reflection of balance and wholeness, manifested in all aspects of our lives. To restore health, it is necessary to balance emotions, thought patterns, physical imbalances and spiritual issues. Within each of us there exists a deeper wisdom that with support naturally moves towards healing and integration. The purpose of psychotherapy is to discover the barriers that are interfering with this natural flow and learn new solutions, thereby discovering greater freedom to make desirable choices and achieve one's life goals.
